With a new gákti

This image was photographed in winter in 1981. My mother has just finished to make a new blue gakti from Buolbmát (Polmak) to me. I have really been putting effort to take the gakti on me - in a proper traditional way - so the picture shall be good for the gakti. I am using my belt with the silver buttons, which I used to "tour" with those days. I have also taken traditional wintermoccasines on my foots. It is so wonderful to be at home.
